Leading in Restaurants
OUR 8-WEEK FLAGSHIP PROGRAM
Leading in Restaurants is an 8-week virtual leadership development program for restaurant managers and chefs. In this group-based program, participants will build their self-awareness and people skills, so they can effectively manage and lead others while also meeting business objectives.
Choose to register in an open cohort of the program to participate with hospitality leaders across the country, or contact us to facilitate the program for a group of your staff members.
